Added new npc in Halloween Horror Land named Defeated Halo of Hallowen which will be located where i old Halo npc but now instead of enemy he will be Halloween Boss Summoner.

 

Added new npc in Halloween Horror Land and Sanc. Mall named Shade of Souls which will drop you Hallow Souls, those souls you will be able to trade at Spooky Hand for Halloween Ultimate Token, which will be required for Summoning Halloween Boss in HHL.

 

Added new npc in Sanc. Mall Spooky Zombi which will work as Boss Summoner too.

 

Added 2 new early acces quest to Spooky Hand Halloween Slyer and Liquid of Power which will allow player to early gain those items though Halloween 2.0 Event, avoiding normal farming it.

 

Added 3 new ranks for Cape of Faceless Legion which will be able to process though upgrades with Upgrade Emerald, those upgrades are early acces during Halloween Event 2.0 which allow player to avoid normal farming.

 

Added new rank 2 for Halloween Pumpkin Pet to Spooky Hand, it require from you to have rank 1 spell first.

 

Added all upgrades of Faceless Cape previews to Ul`rok Faceless.

 

World Bosses : Meron, Loki, Thor, Krix and Bruton has got slighty increase in defence overall.

 

Price on some Gems from Proff. Zone has been increased to make them worth more.

 

Price per gem removal on gear has been increased to 15VT per gem.

 

Adjusted some of Xtal and Heart of Primoridal/Chained items to be allowed to Shaman too [But remember you are allowed to have only melee or caster on you].

 

Adjusted so players can apply rogue poison on World Bosses and some other creatures.

Shades Must Fall and CatyCaty quest and Vendor Items from Spooky Hand will stay for period of Halloween Event 2.0.

 

Feral Druids will now be able to use Melee Xtal Neck.

 

Feral Druid will get option to buy Scroll of Halloween Head  Rank 3 by contacting Admin, item has been added to Spooky Hand as preview item.

 

Cape of Faceless Legion any Rank Wing Aura will no longer be "On Equip" it will be "On Use", so when you apply that spell "Remove Cape of Faceless Wings" those wings will be perma. removed even after teleporting/transforming untill you again cast that "Use" option from Cape of Faceless Legion item, and again you can remove it with that spell "Remove Cape of Faceless Wings" anytime.

Spell Blink will now no more outshift you from any form after use.

 

Paladin:

 

Sanctified Wrath: will no more bypass any World Boss/Mobs damage reduction.

 

Righteous Vengeance: When your Judgement, Crusader Strike and Divine Storm spells deal a critical strike, your target will take 2% additional damage [Was 3%] over 8 seconds.

 

Seal of Vengeance : "...once stack to 5 times, each of the Paladins attack also deal 7% weapon damage..." [Was 11%].

 

Judgement of Light : CD changed to 11sec.

 

Retribution Aura Rank 7 : damage significantly increased.

 

Paladin will now cast lifesteal from periodic spells too.

 

Judgement of Light: Will no more apply effect which will allow you to heal on each hit you do to target, instead it will apply periodic damage to target which will trigger lifesteal same like other periodic damages on other classes [This changes was made to balance Paladin to other Melee Classes cuz that spell was healing paladin for over 800k on each hit while lifesteal on other classes is around 150k on hit], also it will no longer be in GCC [Global Cooldown Category].

 

 

Warrior:

 

Whirlwind : CD changed to 5sec.

 

Rend: amp changed from 1sec to 0.75s, reduced GCD.

 

Hamstring: Will now also apply Periodic Bleeding effect to target it hits, reduced GCD .

 

Heroic Strike: Reduced GCD.

 

BladeStorm: Will now also apply BladeStorm Healing on caster which will last for few sec, also amp changed from 800 to 300 amp.

 

 

 

Druid:

 

Starfire : Spell Power Scaling Damage has been increased by 50%.

 

Insect Swarm : Spell Power Scaling Damage has been increased by around 100%.

 

 

Mage:

 

Frostfire : Spell Power Scaling Damage has been increased by 50%.

 

Priest:

 

Mind Blast : Spell Power Scaling Damage has been increased by around 30%.

 

 

Shaman:

 

Shamans will get slighty increases in overall  healing while casting spells on enemy + periodic damage.

 

Chain Lightning : Spell Power Scaling Damage has been increased by around 300%.

 

Lava Burst : Spell Power Scaling Damage has been increased by around 330% +, GCD has been increased to 600, will hit 2 targets instead of 3.

 

Flame Shock : Spell Power Scaling  Damage has been increased by around 200%.

 

Stoneskin Totem : Party and raid members within 30 yards, increase spell power by 2%.

 

 

Warlock:

 

Shadow Bolt : GCD increased to 550 ,Spell Power Scaling Damage increased by around 300%+.

 

Rain of Fire : Will not work same as Mage Blizzard, Spell Power Scaling Damage slighty increased too.

 

Chaos Bolt : CD increased to 10sec, Spell Power Scaling Damage increased for about 100%.

 

 

Rogue:

 

Deadly Poison [any rank] : Attack Power Scaling Damage has been increased by 400%.

 

Mutilate : Instantly attacks with both weapons for 80% weapon [instead of 140%].

 

Gouge : CD reduced to 5 sec [Was 10 sec].

 

Killing Spree : CD reduced to 60 sec, Power Cost increased to 80, fixed animation when spell is casted, and increasing all damage done by 80% for the duration inside Killing Spree.

 

Glyph of Killing Spree : Will not decrease CD of Killing Spree for 15 sec.

 

Garrote : Attack Power Scaling Damage has been increased by 100%, also will no longer require you to be behind target.

 

Rupture : Attack Power Scaling Damage has been increased by around 300% also changed amp. 0.85s.

 

Sinister Strike : Will now also apply Periodic Bleeding effect to enemy it hits amp. 0.85s [low damage only added to increase periodic healing on rogue].

 

 

Hunter:

 

Hunters will now also heal with lifesteal which will be proc. from any periodic damage spell.

 

 

Death Knight:

 

Death Knights will now also heal with lifesteal which will be proc. from any periodic damage spell.
